Carbon Beach has always kept its best houses turned away from the road. When the wall is open, the distinction between inside and beach effectively disappears — the design's central move, and the reason the house was built the way it was.
The primary suite occupies the western end of the upper floor, with its own glass wall, a private terrace above the sand, and a bathroom finished in a single quarried slab. Four further bedrooms, a media room, and a subterranean garage complete the plan. Outside, a lap pool runs parallel to the shoreline, its far edge dropped to read as continuous with the water.
